The villa is located in the borders of an old Venetian village which is 17km from Corfu town and it's airport. By just standing at the veranda you can spot the beautiful landscape and the sea which is only 1.5km away. Manavra is in the northeast of Corfu, which happens to be the most beautiful part of the whole island. Alongside the coast you can find breathtaking beaches which offer you great nightlife and boat rental. The positioning of the villa is ideal not only because of the beach nearby but also because it is located between town and countryside which enables great sightseeing. The health care centre is only 2.4km away. There are only 200 meters separating the house from an old Byzantine church with beautiful fresco's. The house and its surroundings create a big deal of outdoor activities including hiking, walking and mountain biking. The beach nearby offers water sports of all kind, even paragliding. Finally the house has a gorgeous view to the northeast.

The preferred changeover day is Monday, with departure time at 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Central heating, air-conditioned to the bedrooms and in the leaving room, big ceiling fun in the kitchen. The garden is not suitable for children under 6. We are registered in the National Tourist Organization of Greece and "The Sunday Times" suggested our villas on June 6/2004 , February 17/2008 and April 27/2008.
Accessibility
Sorry, the house is not adapted for wheelchair users due to the morphology of the site.
Outside
The piéce de résistance is the garden itself, infinity style, the pool overflows on the outer edge so that the stunning view and the garden are laid out below as you swim! The size of the pool is 11 x 5.5m, and has 2.00m in the deepest point and 80cm in the shallow part with wooden deck. The pool is private. Moreover a BBQ 'house', a semi covered dining room with oven, and a covered garage make the life easier.
Coast/Beach

Manavra is in the north-east of Corfu, which happens to be the most beautiful part of the whole island. Alongside the coast you can find breathtaking chain of beaches which offer you great nightlife and boat rental. The positioning of the villa is ideal not only because of the beach nearby but also because it is located between town and countryside which enables great sightseeing.
Golf
If you are golf enthusiasts a beautiful 18 hole golf course is 15km away and waiting for you. We are going to provide you a full set of golf clubs for free (Titleist clubs), and a golf mate on demand. The golf course is the most beautiful in whole Greece and it attracts a big number of golf players from all around the world, it has a great landscape and it is also suited for walking.

The villa is located in the borders of 'San Marco' an old Venetian village which is 17km from Corfu town and its port and airport. A car is recommended and parking is free inside of the gate.

The house and its surroundings create a big deal of outdoor activities clouding hiking, walking and mountain biking. The 'Panorama' bar offers... moon juice and the night life awaits you in 1.7km of distance.

If you are biking enthusiasts our villa is the ideal place to be. We are going to provide you with four bicycles and local maps. For your information the local mountain biking club organises trips in the surrounding area and it will be very easy to join them as they pass in front of the villas gate.

Periklis and Ursula are in the tourist business for more than 30 years. Periklis is a well known architect who already has constructed four luxury villas in the surrounding area of Venetian villa of San Marco. Ursula wiht her German efficiency, manages the business with her experience in tourism for more than 30 years.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
The house was build in 2004 is faced to the sun for more than 14 hours a day, in a huge olive grove which with the wind absorbs and leaves the light, like a sponge, with a spectacular view to the sea, with hundreds of birds around to wake you up in the morning, having their bath next to you, in a beautiful private pool.
