Bathrooms: Marble ensuite bathroom to bedroom one with shower over small bath. Antique brass taps. marble/oak basin. Separate wc.
Separate wc downstairs. Just outside on the patio a discrete "rain-forest" hot-water shower.
Kitchen: 1st floor, fully equipped and with hidden appliances in wood crafted by a local carpenter. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and marble sink.
Utility Room: On the ground floor with washing machine and storage for linen and towels.
Living Rooms: The living area is open plan with kitchen and benefits from air-conditioning, wood burner, sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table and 6 chairs, a high-beamed roof, 2 balconies SE and SW facing off living room.

15 minutes from the airport.

20 minutes from Argostoli which is the Capitol of Kefalonia.

A 20% (non refundable) deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance, along with a £200 refundable security deposit, is to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday. 10% discount on 2 week bookings and 15% on 3 week bookings!
