This beautiful villa is a favourite hiding place for people wanting to get away from it all, located as it is, in an exclusive part of North Corfu. Built to the highest specification throughout and enjoying quite spectacular views of the sea and islands, the sunset is amazing! The villa has a contemporary, cool and spacious feel with all the benefits of modern appliances including unlimited Wi-fi. It is ideal for two sharing families with children, but is equally popular with couples looking for a peaceful holiday. Benefits from the sun all day and evening with incredible sunsets every night looking across Canal D'Amour.
Outside next to the kitchen is a covered dining area which can seat up to 16 people. There is also a substantial barbeque with electric roasting spit. but the best feature is arguably the infinity pool which is as large as most hotels but offers magnificent panoramic views out to sea.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Monday but we can be flexible during quieter periods ie. out of season

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is available in every bedroom at no extra cost but as we are located on a hilltop you get a beautiful fresh sea breeze every evening which gently blows into your bedroom and therefore you may prefer not to use the air conditioning.
Outside
Oceanus House sits in its own private spacious grounds with electronic gate access. Large patio with automated barbeque house for alfresco dining. The infinity swimming pool has a separate infant safe area and is an impressive 16 metres by 8 metres. As the house sits on a cliff top the views are quite stunning and totally uninterrupted. All bedrooms have sea facing balconies and you can actually lie in bed looking out to sea!
Coast/Beach
Nearest sand/pebbly beach is a short 10min walk (3mins by car)from the house but there are lots of beaches within easy driving distance. Approx. 15-20mins drive away is Peroulades where the stunning cliffs and beaches are well worth visiting. Astrakeri harbour is 1.5km away.
Golf
Corfu Golf Course is one of the best courses in Greece and is located about 28km from the villa. It is easy to book a tee time and all equipment including buggies is available for hire.
Travel
The airport is situated near to Corfu town and is about 45minutes away by car.We strongly recommend that you hire a car for the duration of your stay to really appreciate this beautiful island. Car hire is very easy to arrange all the main hire companies are based at the airport. We have a very good, respectable contact for cycle/scooter hire near to Oceanus House and also a contact for boat trips to Corfu Town.
Distances
Nearest town is Karousades 1.5km, then Sidari 3km and Roda 5.5km.
Further details
Our local shop 'Amalia' is just a 5-7 min walk down from the house, where you will be welcomed by a cheerful local man who sells fresh bread, eggs, fruit & veg and general groceries. He also runs a tiny bar next door where you can sit with a beer whilst watching the locals go by. The main supermarket is just 5mins away by car in Sidari where you will also find banks, chemists, bars, restaurants and shops.

To confirm your booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit within 7 days of your booking. The balance is required 6 weeks before departure and is to be paid in £pounds sterling.
