A large, 4 bedroomed villa with (heated) swimming pool and separate large guesthouse which sleeps a further 10 persons. The villa is also suitable for larger parties or several families if required. In full length in front of the villa is a veranda with pergola which gives a magnificent and breath taking view over the sea extending 30 miles to the island of Evia and the mainland. The ground floor of the main villa has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi shower. Equipped with a high-fi system (with ipod function). Outside, there is a BBQ and pergola perfect for outside dining. Top floor has 2 large bedrooms with exposed beams (both with large balconies) and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower) with a very large veranda looking out at the beautiful Aegean Sea.

Notes on prices
If your party exceeds 10 it is then possible to open the guest house at a rate starting from 250 euros (depending on the month) per person per week. The number of extra people cannot exceed 10 people, i.e the max overall number in your party is 20.

Notes on accommodation
The property is more than suitable for children with it being set away from the road on a quiet, peaceful hillside. Every bedroom has air-conditioning.
Accessibility
The property is not adapted for wheelchair uses but is more than suitable for the elderly.
Outside
Situated on the hillside overlooking the stunning Kolios bay, providing a quiet, serene location and is a 2 minute walk from a convenience store and a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The land has a beautiful garden, abundant with flora and fauna, with sweeping lawns, pine, olive and citrus trees and many varieties of Mediterranean plants which harvest delicious fruit, especially in the early season. Directly behind the villa is a forest which has walking paths reaching all over the island, away from the tourist crowds on the beaches. The private swimming pool is set on a lower level to the terrace so the diners and the sun bathers are splash free! The house opens out onto a large terrace with outdoor dining (equipped with BBQ, table tennis and table football) and 10 sun beds, all of which overlooks the panoramic view of Kolios bay.
Coast/Beach
The property is a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach (Kolios Beach) which is ideal for the family. A 5 minute drive away is Vromolimnos Beach which attracts a younger crowd with its party atmosphere and cocktail bar. The famous Koukanaries beach is a 10 minute drive away. Many, if not all the beaches offer water sport activities and boat trips.
Special interest holidays
Many if not all beaches offer watersports activities including boat trips around Skiathos Skopelos and Allonisos.Other nearby activities include sailing and scuba diving. There are also opportunities to visit the local monasteries which is particularly special during Greek Easter with its services, fireworks and parades. For the young person, Skiathos town boasts many decent night clubs along one strip and a cluster of cocktail bars along another. As well as the hustle and bustle one would expect with a holiday destination, the island boasts an abundance of mediterranean flora and many beautiful birds, admired from the many walking paths in the forest. The peaceful forest walks make the perfect escape from the tourist beaches and can be most appreciated in the early summer when the weather is cooler and the flora is at its best. This stunning island also makes a great destination for the artistically minded holiday maker!
Travel
Skiathos Airport, 5km from property. Car hire is really recommended to get the best from the island.

Skiathos town is 5km from the property which boasts a variety of restaurants, shops and nightclubs.

There is a small supermarket a few minutes walk away and a cluster of tavernas a few minutes drive away. The town, 5km away, boasts many restaurants, banks, a cinema, shops, bars and night clubs.
