Cleaning, towels and linen are all inclusive of price. We would ask you to bring your own beach towels. 20% discount for long winter lets of a month or more.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday but sometimes it is possible to be a little flexible. Please ask.

Towels and linen are included, these are changed on a weekly basis, but can be changed on request (there will be a small charge). The property is also cleaned on a weekly basis (if required it can be cleaned at a small charge). |

Accessibility
This apartment is not ideal for people with mobility problems. There are steps up to the apartment and also within the building.
Outside
Personal barbecues are not allowed, however there is an area with barbecues. Sun loungers are at the swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea is but a 5 minute walk.
Travel
Car hire is essential. The resort is a leisurely 2 hour drive from Heraklion airport which is situated to the east of the city of Heraklion at the north side of the island. There is plenty of choice for car hire at the airport. Agios Nicholas is half way and makes a good stop, attractions include the small lagoon lake Voulismeni, small beaches and numerous fairs.
Distances
Makrigialos is a 3 minute drive, Sitia is a half hour drive and is well worth a visit.

10% deposit is required on booking and balance 8 weeks before arrival preferably direct payment.
