Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air-conditioning and central heating. A cot and high chair can be provided. Children and adult non-swimmers to be supervised at all times near the pool. Please note the use of the pool is at your own risk. All outside areas are maintained to a high standard.

Sisi beach is 0,5km and the village is 0.8km. The large famous Sun beach at Malia is a 3km. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toilets, showers, first aid and restaurants and bars.

The beautiful golf course of Hersonissos is 20 minutes from the villa.
Travel
Heraklion airport is 45km from the villa. Car hire can be arranged with a free pick up service from the airport and extra car for the luggage.

Villa is situated 0.5km from Sisi which is a large fishing village with hotels, beaches, a harbour, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets and 6km from Malia which is a large town. Heraklion is 40km away.
Booking notes
To reserve the accommodation the client should complete a booking form enclosing a 25% deposit of the total price. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation being made within 6 weeks, prior to the date of arrival, unless the accommodation can be re-let. Full payment must be received two months prior to the date of arrival along with a separate cheque of 500 euros to be held as breakages and damage deposit, this will be returned after the villa is checked for damages.

Fifteen years ago my husband and I came to Crete for the first time on a holiday. It was love at first sight and it wasn’t long before we decided to buy a piece of land to build our holiday home. After having enjoyed our own ‘home away from home’ for a few years and gotten to know the local people and the surroundings a little better, we decided to construct a few villas to be let for luxurious holidays. We were convinced that Sisi and the surrounding area would be ideal for the holidaymaker that values tranquility, privacy and comfort. and so it is, there really is something for everyone here. beautiful beaches, great local fish tavernas etc. We are looking forward to welcome you in our villa.
