Jaluka is a beautiful, greek style, stone-built villa on the stunning Apokoronas peninsula. The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. The living room is comfortably furnished, with a large LCD television, HD DVD player, games console, and a selection of books, DVDs and games. In addition, a separate utility room houses the washing machine, ironing board etc. Outside there is a barbecue area and ample seating for alfresco dining. The private infinity pool( 50 square metres) is perfect for swimming and admiring the view. The first floor terrace also has fantastic views. There is an additional seating area on the hillside below the house. On a summer evening, the view of the milky way is simply breathtaking (take your binoculars).

There is a large patio and pool area with ample seating and sunloungers. There is a barbeque. Below the house there is a large very private terrace with more stunning views. The pool is an infinity pool and is large-50 square metres.
Coast/Beach
A small sandy cove is within walking distance from the villa. The nearest beaches are about 3Km away at Almirida. The next town, Kalives has a large beach and many lovely restaurants.

Distances
Plaka is approximately 1.5km away. There is a large minimarket and DIY store. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in Plaka. Almirida is approximately 2.5km away and is blessed with many restaurants and an excellent beach. Chania is approximately 30 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
The house can be booked with a 20% deposit. The full balance should be paid 6 weeks before.
