| Bedrooms: | There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. An extra folding bed for a fifth person can be added to the living room if required. All bedrooms are generous size, have a balcony and offer a spectacular view. |

The villa has its own private pool which is 30m2. There is a big pergola for shade by the pool with sunbeds, chairs and a dining table. There is a small private garden for each villa and a big garden for common use. Parking in the property.

Agios Ioannis beach is just in front othe villas. You only have to wear your swimming suit, get your towel and walk 10 meters.Agios Ioannis is one of the best beaches in Lefkas (blue flag award) with white sand and clear water.

Athens - Lefkada approx.390 km, about 4 hours drive.
Thesaloniki - Lefkada aprox. 420 km, about 5 hours drive.

We were all born in Lefkas and we really love this island.
I work in Lefkas and I enjoy the summer here.We usually travel away during wintertime.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We build this property in 2004.The plot was inherited from the previous generation and it was the place we used to play when we were children.I first swam in the sea in front of the property .
I love this place because it is close to the town,it is stll virgin ,quiet and relaxing.
