'Swinging Sunset Villa' is located in the north of Santorini island in the traditional settlement of Oia (Ia) village. This elegant house comes highly recommended and features well appointed accommodation. It was built in 2008 and is finished to a high standard and is traditionally designed throughout with much attention to detail. Outside there is a yard with a BBQ dining area for 10 persons to enjoy alfresco dining, a heated hydromassage (for 8 persons), which combined with the perfect sea view wii keep you there the whole day. Three double bedrooms and two living-dining rooms make the indoor living both comfortable and pleasant. This villa will appeal to those looking for a luxury home which is among peaceful surroundings.

Notes on prices
Prices include all taxes. Upon arrival you will find the Villa fully serviced with fresh sheets and towels. As well we'll provide a complimentary hamper which contains: a bottle of wine, mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
Changeover day
Flexible. Check in 14:00 (flexible). In order to prepare the villa for new arrivals, you are requested to vacate the villa by 11:00 on the day of your departure (flexible).

Notes on accommodation
While the Villa accommodates 6-8 persons, our strong preference is to limit the number to a maximum of 6, except where children are included. It should be made clear here, however, that any decision to accommodate more than 6 is entirely at our discretion.
Accessibility
The villa is accessible by car with private parking area. You have to consider the internal stairs that drive you to the lower floor and the loft bedroom, people with mobility problems will face difficulties. What is more, young children must be supervised at all times.

'Swinging Sunset Villa' includes: Sun-beds. Open air heating Hydromassage for 8 persons, 2,5x2,5 m. Coldwater shower. BBQ (charcoal). Dining table seating 10 persons. Coffee table and build-in sofa. Sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
Katharos beach is accessible by walking (10 minutes).
The fabulous Ammoudi small harbour with fishing boats, waterfront taverns and restaurant & St.Nicolas island is accessible by walking (20 minutes) or by car (3 minutes).
Travel
17 km from Santorini (Thira) airport, 15 km from Athinios port.

At Oia village you can purchase all your food supplies, you can find all kinds of restaurants and also do shopping therapy at the many commercial, antique & art shops.
There is also a Post Office, a Pharmacy, several cash points, travel offices, car and mopeds hire offices, cruises to volcano and Therasia islands.

Payment terms 25% deposit by Bank Transfer at the time of booking is essential. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days maximum.
Deposits are non-refundable and balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged. Cancellation before arrival 4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded,2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks no refund.

My family consists of myself Marcos, my wife Natasha, and our son John Paul. We live in Athens, Greece and our summer house is located in Oia (Ia) on the island of Santorini. It is true to say we hold this place in high regard because it is a unique island worldwide. We have spent our holidays there for the last 20 years and we built a bigger house a year ago, the one that we are currently renting . All items and comforts are carefully selected as this is our summer house as well. We’ll be pleased to welcome you there and help you create long term memories.
