Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. The check-in time is between 2pm–8pm. Please note that no parties will be accepted outside the check-in hours as our caretakers will not be available. The check-out time is before 12pm.

You could book the apartment for any number of days. The changeover day is flexible. We offer daily and weekly rates. The apartment is situated in a modern building with secure access.
Travel: The drive from Heraklion Airport to the apartment will take about one hour on the motorway. The apartment is located near the motorway with direct access to the whole island.

Outside
The apartment comes with a terrace with views over the bay of Rethymno and the Mediterranean sea beyond. The terrace boasts garden furniture for alfresco dining outside. Free off-street parking is available on site. The apartment is located near the motorway with easy access to Rethymno and the whole island. Rethymnon prefecture is situated in the cenrte of Crete, between the prefectures of Heraklio and Chania - an ideal base to explore the whole island.
Coast/Beach
The nearest sandy beach is just 200m away. Other nearby beaches, suitable for diving and snorkeling, are located within 15 mins drive. The magnificent blue-flag, sandy beach of Rethymno, about 10 miles in length, is within 10 mins walk from the apartment. The south cost with its unspoiled coves and dramatic cliffs, crystal clear, sparkling water is within 1hr drive.

Travel
The apartment is within 1.5hr drive from Heraklion Airport. A car is essential for this holiday. A set of maps with clear detailed directions how to get to the apartment will be sent to all our guests. Our caretakers will be responsible for meeting you and escorting you to the apartment. The easy access to the National Highway makes moving around the island a smooth process.
Distances
The historic town of Rethymno, overflowing with history and Venetian and Turkish architecture is within 10 min walk from the apartment. The town is built around a charming Venetian harbour with fishing boats arriving with the days catch. The new harbour and marina connect the town with the mainland of Greece. This traditional town is packed with atmosphere, the third largest in Crete, where narrow, alleyways and beautiful old houses mix with modern life.
There is easy access to the motorway.

Booking notes
Please contact the owners via e-mail to make your booking. A Booking Form will be e-mailed to you together with all the relevant information. Booking deposit 50% of the accommodation price will be required at the time of booking and a security deposit, fully refundable, will be required at the time of paying the balance 1 month before departure. All payments should be transferred electronically into the owners’ bank account. A booking confirmation receipt will be e-mailed after.
