Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Friday but this is flexible depending on flights and sailing times.

Notes on accommodation
Property is enclosed by fence and 2 gates. Access is via private road from main road. Main port of Patitiri is 20 min by car/scooter, Kokkinkastro and Leftos Gialos beaches are 10 mins away by car, scooter or boat.

Accessibility
All terraces and path from car parking area are accessible by wheelchair. Ground floor kitchen, living room, bedroom and shower room are wheelchair accessible.
Outside
Villa is set in an olive grove of approx 70 mature trees on terraces together with lemon, fig, pomegranite and almond trees. Several large paved patio areas, some shaded, including outside traditional Greek BBQ and semicircular paved seating area, 2 outdoor tables and stylish wooden chairs.
Coast/Beach
Villa has direct private access to jetty and path to nearest sandy beach of Tortzi Gialos is a 10 mins walk. Other beaches are 5 mins by car. Leftos Gialos beach is 15mins walk and has 2 excellent tavernas and probably the best swimming on Alonnissos.
Golf
No golfing facilities on this peaceful Greek island.
Travel
Nearest airport is Skiathos Hydrofoil journey 1 hour from Skiathos, 5 hours from Thessaloniki and Agios Constantinos if travelling via Athens.
Car hire is recommended for this property but is not essential as Taxis are plentiful and cheap. A boat can be moored at the private jetty.
Distances
Main port of Patitiri is 20 mins by car with shops, museum and some night life. Picturesque yachting port Steni Vala is 20 mins by car and has 2 supermarkets and several tavernas with good seafood. The historic Old Village of Alonnissos which has tavernas, bars and shops is 20 mins away by car.
Further details
Only bank is in Patitiri together with Post Office and Travel Agents and Tour organisers. From June onwards water taxis will transport holiday makers to the many beautiful beaches on the island. Alonnissos and the surrounding waters and islands form a world heritage Marine Park, home to the protected monk seal and Eleonoras falcon which can be seen circling the house in the evening.
