Villa Xanthippi is an impressive property built on the highest point of a hill, overlooking Agia Paraskevi’s beach and Island of Evia. The villa shares a large pool surrounded by lavish gardens. The maisonette available for rent within the villa is approximately 100 sq.m and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge, a bathroom (with shower) and three bedrooms which altogether sleep up to six people. A sofa bed in the lounge could accommodate a further 2 people subject to a 10% surcharge.
Villa Xanthippi caters for all needs and is ideal for both couples and families.

Villa Xanthippi has its own impressive garden of approximately 2000 sq.m. with an immaculate lawn and an endless variety of trees and flowers. We provide garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbeque. (Please note that use of the barbeque may be restricted in particularly dry periods).
The (shared) swimming pool (70 sq. m.) has a shallow part that is ideal for children.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach of Agia Paraskevi is a short 300 m walk from the villa. It is large and sandy with a stretch devoted to a range of water sports including water-skiing and jet-skiing. Other, quieter parts of the beach are ideal for soaking up the sun and relaxing.
The most well-known beach of Skiathos, Koukounaries, is 4 Km from our Villa.
Travel
Guests would ideally fly to the airport of Skiathos which is only 8 km from the villa.
Alternatively, if you travel over by ferry, the port is a mere 9 km. Either way, it will only take you between 10-15 min by car to reach us.
Car hire is not essential.

A number of local convenience stores, supermarkets and banks can be found both in town and at Agia Paraskevi.

To book, please send us an e-mail stating the dates you require. We will send a reply confirming whether accommodation is available. If available and you wish to book, please send us a second e-mail confirming your booking. We will provisionally reserve your accommodation for up to one week to enable you to book your flights and send us your deposit.
A deposit of 50% should be sent via bank transfer.(We will provide you with bank account details). Balance is payable on arrival in cash.
