Important notes on accommodation
A croquet set, boules, table tennis sets, bar football balls range of games and children's toys are available. So are tennis rackets, thoguh very serious players will need to bring their own, since those we have are okay for knocking about and informal games, but not much more. If you are lucky you will find tennis balls there, but you should reckon on bringing or buying your own. The house and environment are very child friendly -- no traffic and those of and facilities for children of all ages -- over the years we have built up quite a collection of toys etc. And some children seem to spend all day on the swings, which can be a constant source of delight.

Location Information: 16 Kms south of Marmande, and 80 kms south east of Bordeaux, the nearest village is Cocumont, which has shops, bank, cafe, garage and wine cooperative. la Nique is about 3 kms away from the village. In the peaceful countryside - farmland and woods - and very private. There are no houses to overlook you and days can pass without seeing a car or another person, if that is what you would like. Yet just 5 minutes drive from the village 15 minutes from Marmande, and 20 minutes from the motorway.
