This charming and spacious property is laid out on three levels. The ground floor includes a comfortable sitting room with stone fireplace and wood-burning stove, dining area and well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The lower level has been converted from the original wine cellar and includes a large double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Glazed doors lead from the bedroom onto a sheltered patio - ideal for for a late night drink or a morning cup of tea. On this lower level, there is also a small utility area with automatic washing machine. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, together with a shower room with washbasin and WC. Double doors from the dining area lead onto the main south-facing terrace, which is shaded by a vine-covered pergola and has panoramic views of the surrounding farmland - the perfect place for relaxing over a glass of local wine and enjoying the delicious food of the Perigord region.

Notes on prices
A deposit of £250 per week secures the booking. The balance payment plus a refundable security deposit of £300 to be paid six weeks before the start of the rental period. The security deposit is refunded after the rental period provided the house is left clean and in good order. Reservations made within six weeks of the start of the rental period requires full payment at the time of booking.
There is a discount of £50 on the total rental cost for bookings of two weeks or more. Payment in Euros also accepted.
Changeover day is Saturday and minimal rental period is normally one week. Shorter stays available outside peak summer period.
