Luxury gite holiday cottage with pool on the Piotou Charente - Dordogne border, in rural France, near golf & tennis at Manoir de Longeveau and the picturesque village of Aubeterre by the River Dronne. This romantic Self catering farmhouse is located at the end of a winding lane with stunning uninterrupted views. Our luxury holiday rental cottage is set among the beautiful countryside of the Charente, ablaze with sunflowers during the summer. There are extensive grounds to explore and a good sized shared swimming pool over 14m long (you will find you often have this to yourselves). Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom French holiday home is furnished & equipped to a very high standard to complement the wealth of character features. The private south facing terrace has al fresco dining furniture, sun beds & BBQ. For cosy winter evenings there is an open fireplace in the spacious living room and a wood burning stove in the kitchen plus a 28' TV/DVD with UK Satellite channels.
