Main building (90sq.m) and separate pool-house (20sq.m). Pool (non-heated) 20x3.2m. You will find Mas Belvédère in the hills north of Cannes. The property offers a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and the Estrel Mountains. The house is not large, but this does not matter since you will be outdoors most of the time the year around. Even around Christmas, many lunches can be served on the terrace.

Prices are for the property per week in euros. 15% discount for second and following weeks. Long-distance telephone calls not included.
Changeover day
Arrival 4pm Saturdays. Departure no later than 11am Saturdays.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Two bedrooms, one with double and one with single beds in the main house. Double bed in pool-house. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate WC in main house. Shower and WC in pool-house. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen in the main house has a dishwasher, fridge/small freezer, microwave and stove. Pool House has a small stove and fridge. Main house has a washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a sofa and three armchairs. TV (Skype and Nordic Viasat), Blueray player, CD player. |
| Other: | There is a table that will seat 8 on the terrace outside the pool house and one also seating 8 outside the main house, both with garden umbrellas. Four deckchairs by the pool. |

Accessibility
The buildings are located on a steep sloping property, but access to the house and the pool house is easy. The property cannot be accessed by wheelchair users.
Outside
Large terraces and flowerbeds with automatic watering. Olive trees on the terraces and many large oak trees on the property. The swimming pool with overflow (20x3.2m) is not heated. A pool man and a gardener will take care of the property, so that you can relax and enjoy the vacation.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches along the coast and the closest is in Cannes, 30 min by car from the house.
Golf
There are several golf courses close by. The closest, 10 min from the house, is Golf du Claux Amic. Within 30 min, there are 7 other golf-courses: Grasse, Biot, Chateauneuf de Grasse, Mougins x 2, Opio and Valbonne/Sophia Antipolis. Please contact owner should you require weblink addresses.
Special interest holidays
The area offers a lot of exiting destinations for excursions. You will find several small charming villages in the area. All villages have their own markets selling spices, baskets, tissues, paintings etc.
Monaco and the Italian border are also close by. There are prehistoric caves open for the public only a few kilometres from the property. The area around Domaine du Bois d’Amont is very nice for hiking. It is absolutely worth visiting the big Gourdon canyon with its beautiful mountain scenery or Gorges du Verdon, the French parallel to Grand Canyon. In about half an hour you reach the Mediterranean coastline offering fine sandy beaches and rocky beaches with possibilities for different kinds of water sports.
Travel
There are many cheap flights to Nice from various European airports. Although there is a train from Nice airport to Grasse, access to a car is necessary for staying at Mas Belvédère. It takes about 40 minutes to drive from Nice airport to Mas Belvédère.
If you drive to the Riviera and Mas Belvédère, it is located 910.m from Paris, 1330km from London and 2440km from Stockholm.
Distances
Our closest village Cabris is from the Middle Ages and located on a hill-top with a spectacular view. Although the village is small, there is a bakery, grocer’s shop, news stand with foreign papers, pharmacy, Post Office, and cafés in addition to several excellent restaurants.
It is a 15 min drive to Grasse, the capital of perfumes and 30 min to Cannes.

Booking notes
To book Mas Belvédère please contact availability@masbelvedere.com preferably via our website. We will confirm availability soonest. 30% of the rent to be paid at the time of booking and the rest at least one month prior to arrival. For cancellations later than two months before arrival, 30% of the rent will be charged. For rental of two weeks or more, the price for the second and following weeks will be 15% less.
