Property description

This newly refurnished air-conditioned apartment with exceptional views over the Marina is set in the beautiful complex of the Marina Baie Des Anges, Nice, South of France. This apartment is centrally situated, 15 minutes to Nice airport and is ideal for trips to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco Nice, St Tropez and even into Italy. For swimming or sun bathing the beaches at the Marina are all within 5 mins walk, the Lagona is the Marina's pool complex and with its restaurant is a must part of your holiday. The apartment has views over the Marina from the double balcony leading from the main bedroom and lounge, the balcony includes an outside dining area for alfresco meals, as well as relaxing chairs to read or watch the sunset over the Baie of Angels. The location provides easy access to all transport networks from local buses to trains running frequently towards Italy or Fregus, also within walking distance is Marineland with its Dolphin and Orca shows and Antibesland the amusement park.

Accommodation description

Bedrooms:
The apartment sleeps up to six persons, the main bedroom has a king sized bed with direct access onto the balcony. The smaller second bedroom has bunk beds. The lounge/dining area has an L-shaped settee that can be made into a large king sized bed.

Bathrooms:
There is a full bathroom, with shower over the bath and a separate wc. There is unlimited hot water from a central source. (No boiler system re carbon monoxide).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is complete with full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Tea towels and cleaning materials provided.

Living Rooms:
The lounge/dining area has direct access onto the balcony. It has an L-shaped settee (can be made into a king sized bed.) The dining area has seating for six. A UK satellite TV/DVD and stereo system is provided. A selection of DVDs are available.

Other:
The balcony for that all-important alfresco dining has a teak table with matching chairs and two loungers for relaxation.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
All bedding and towels for a small extra charge is provided; we offer beds made for on arrival service to include all your linen. This service is pre-booked at the time of reservation. Details on reservation form.

Outside
The communal gardens are lovingly tended to include the tennis courts and a young childrens playground. The swimming pool (entrance charge) called the Lagoon, it incorporates a newly furnished restaurant, the pool complex includes, steam room, jacuzzi, childrens play area with life guards always on duty. Private swimming lessons can be arranged for a fee. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops are all within a short walking distance, the promenade at Cagnes Sur Mer (a must for families) for those who want to stroll or for the more energetic bicycles can be hired.

Booking notes
To initiate a booking we will forward you our booking form. Once this is completed and returned either by post or e-mail along with a booking deposit of 100 per week (either a cheque or bank transfer) we will confirm the booking either by e-mail or by post. We will write to you 8 weeks before your holiday re payment of the balance and other information you will need.

About the area

Coast/Beach
The beaches at Marina Baie des Anges are approximately 5 mins walk from the apartment. These are pebble beaches with the nearest sandy beach at the end of the Marina complex (approx 10 walk) and is directly across from the train station, Villeneuve Loubet. The sandy beaches of Cannes/ Juan la Pins are reached by a short train journey along the coast from Villeneuve Loubet.

Golf
Biot Golf Course is approximately 15 mins drive whilst Royal Mougins is approimately 30 mins by car.

How to get there
Nice Cote D'Azur is the nearest airport approximately 15 mins by motor vehicle. Transfers can be arranged in a fully air-con Volkswagon Caravelle which has seating capacity for eight plus driver.

Distances
Villeneuve Loubet train station is approximately 10 mins walk from the apartment. The train line runs along the coast giving trips to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco Nice, St Tropez and even into Italy.

Further Details
The large hypermarket 'Geant' is within 10 minutes walk, in this area you will find cash machines, banks, wine specialists
and a wide range of restaurants. On the beachfront promenade there are vendors for drinks and snacks as well as bicycles for hire.
