Mod cons in the kitchen, sky t.v. in lounges, well kept garden. Only mins from Bakers, mini supermarket, restaurants, bars.

Outside
Sun loungers around the swimming pool, 15 m x 8 m shared between the two detached properties. Badminton Net in gardens. Barn has built in bar-b-que area and outside dining table. Cottage has portable BBQ and garden table and chairs.

Golf
Excellent Golf Course at Villeneuve-sur-Lot, 15 mins drive.

Skiing
Winter Skiing is in the Pyrenees which is a good day trip. Please call us for advice and journey times to the various resorts.

Travel
Less than 1 hour south of Bergerac Airport (Flybe or Ryanair, BMI baby), 1 hour north of Toulouse Airport (Easyjet), 1 hour 10 mins from Bordeaux (British Airways). Car essential.

Distances
Beauville Village only few mins drive, its a quaint bastide town on a hill with market square with brocantes and antique fairs, market days and musical dramas performed by English drama students regularly in summer months. Part of the Lot et Garonne area with the pretty river for fishing and boating. Locally found horse-riding, go-karting, museums, wine-tasting, river boating, places of historic interest.

Further details
Only 15 mins from Agen with many shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and train station, great for shopping and eating out. Lots of Chateau wine tasting opportunities in the area.
Brassac Chateau worth a visit.
