Very comfortable apartment in the popular resort of Les Arcs 1800. Winter- ideally situated just above the high capacity Transarc ski lift. Summer, close to 2 golf courses and 500km of marked walking routes, kayaking, paragliding, extensive mountain biking trails, fishing, tennis etc.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the whole property per week in UK Pounds, euros accepted.
Prices include bed linen delivered to apartment, cleaning and tourist tax. £100 damage deposit secures booking, returned after you vacate. 10% discount for 2-week lets. Towel sets available, delivered to apartment. £10 per person, (bath, hand and tea towel) please advise on booking if required.

Changeover day
Saturday arrival after 5pm, departure by 10am the following Saturday. If you arrive early give the agent a contact number and they will you call you when the apartment is ready. If you arrive late the keys will be left in safety deposit box.

Bedrooms: Large mezzanine double bedroom. Bedside tables, alarm clock, two reclining chairs. Clothes rail and desk.
Loft bedroom with twin beds (limited height - please see picture; you can't stand up but comfortable beds), clothes rail.
Lounge with twin sofabed.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with large bath and shower over (powerful water flow & plenty of steaming hot water), sink and WC.
Kitchen: Kitchenette with crockery, plenty of pots and pans etc, fridge, 3 electric hobs, microwave/ grill, kettle, dishwasher and coffee maker.
Living Rooms: Living/kitchen/dining area with double height French windows. LCD TV/DVD with cable; 15 channels inc. Eurosport. Hi-fi, table and chairs, sofa bed. Doorway to south facing balcony. Cupboard space under stairs.
Other: Parking is available, there is a parking charge levied upon entering Arc 1800. We recommend covered parking opposite the apartment, slightly more expensive at around €75/ week but easier to depart if it has been snowing heavily!

Apartment will be cleaned before and after your visit, this is included in the price. as is bed linen. Towel sets available at £10.00 per week (bath, hand and tea towel).

Balcony - south facing so catches the sun. 5 deck chairs on balcony and 2 recliners in bedroom. Close to nursery, kindergarten and ski schools.

Walk to two golf courses-an 18 hole course and a separate 9 hole course. David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Skiing
Ski-in Ski-out access to the 'Paradiski' domaine of Les Arcs and La Plagne with 264 miles (425km) of pistes and 161 lifts. This is the second largest ski area in Europe.

Travel
-Driving; Geneva airport 2½ hours. Grenoble airport 2hours. Lyon airport 2 hours. Chambery airport 1½ hours.
-Eurostar to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, 7 min funicular train to Arc 1600 then free bus to Arc 1800. Particularly easy route in from Grenoble/Lyon/Chambery.

Distances
20 minute drive up from/ down to Bourg St Maurice. Everything you'll need in the 3 Arc 1800 villages within walking distance.

100m from central restaurants, bars, night club, supermarket and shops. Opposite a bakery.
100m from cable car, open summer and winter
Rafting-the Haut-Isere is one of the longest rafting courses in France, taking over 2hrs to complete.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds sterling, or you can pay in Euros. Booking damage deposit of £100 secures, returned following your departure, full rent payment due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Welcome letter sent with details of the resort, maps, directions and "top tips!"

We were all very impressed with the apartment which was just perfect for what we wanted. ‘We got back yesterday afternoon having had a brilliant week. The position of the apartment was great. We even figured out a ski to the door route through the trees (I hate steps at the end of a day). The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher was a godsend. Les Arc suffers a little because it is purpose built & not as pretty as some. I would recommend it every time though as it is so big" D&P Rawlinson.

We have owned our apartment for 5 seasons and are very proud that our guests have a great time when they go skiing. We go twice a year during the season and have a great time skiing, eating (and drinking!)

We have decorated our apartment in traditional alpine style and installed new heating, a new fridge, a new TV/ DVD player, bed, sofa bed and new cupboards etc to make the place as comfortable as possible.
