Number one Rue des Marechaux is a house of character in a village of character; sympathetically restored to a high standard the property sleeps 5 with three bathrooms. Extremely comfortable with every modern convenience, whilst retaining traditional features. It stands in the older, upper part of the village 5 mins walk to the centre, yet very quiet. The roof terrace is a real sun trap and can seat 4-5 comfortably. Cotignac has high class shops to supply every necessity - with a terrific Tuesday market - no need to move at all. Good base for walkers/nature lovers or just chilling. This is the real Provence Profonde! In addition the house is ideal for those house hunting in the area offering short term accommodation. The property is also available for monthly lets at special rates from May 2012
