Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom farmhouse that sleeps up to 15 people in true comfort, set in 15 acres of surrounding countryside with magnificent views. Luxuriously furnished and surrounded by gardens Combenegre has everything you would wish for in it's location for site seeing, setting for the views and every luxury inside the house to make your holiday memorable and relaxing. There are three outside eating areas with different views and a large private swimming pool. There is also sky TV, high definition projector and home cinema system with PS3 and internet access. 5 mins to Castelnau for morning croissants, 10 mins to Gaillac for supermarket shopping, restaurants and Friday market. Many beautiful Bastide villages within 30 minutes drive where one can step back in time and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Please no stag or hen parties. Please note not suitable for under five's.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower and WC. Bathroom with shower and WC to bedroom 2 and 3. Bathroom next to bedroom 4 with large bath and WC. In gite two bathrooms, one with shower and WC and one with bath and WC.
Kitchen: Lacanche range with two large ovens, gas hob and hotplate. Dishwasher and coffee machine. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, toaster, food processor, a cooks delight.
Utility Room: Washing machine, large fridge freezer with ice maker.
Living Rooms: Living room 1 - home cinema system with high definition projector, PS3 and selection of blu ray DVD's and games. Living room 2 - Sky TV and DVD player.
Other: Study with desk and wireless internet access. Another study area with french doors to garden. Downstairs WC.

Notes on accommodation
The attached gite has it's own kitchen and sitting room and private access which makes it self contained if required or access can be from the main house by simply opening a door. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes in every bedroom.

Outside
11m x 5m totally private fenced swimming pool. Beautiful covered pergola next to built barbecue area for perfect long lunches. Outdoor furniture and sunbeds around the pool area. There is a small fenced area with kennel that adjoins the gite and this could accommodate well behaved dogs.

Coast/Beach
Narbonne for beach 2 hours away.

Golf
Several local courses closest being Gaillac 15 mins. Very well regarded Albi golf course 25 mins away.

Special interest holidays
90 mins away from Pyrenees.

Distances
There are plenty of beautiful bastide villages within 30 mins including Cordes sur Ciel, Castelnau de Montmiral, Bruniquel, Pennes and Puycelci. These are truly stunning and well worth a visit. The famous cathedral of Sainte Cecile in Albi is the largest brick building in the world and a must see.

Further details
During the month of August there is a music festival in Albi and Castelnau de Montmiral. On the first weekend of August there is the famous Fete de Vin in Gaillac where it is possible to taste and buy wine from over 150 local vignerons.

Booking notes
30% deposit required on booking. Balance due 8 weeks before start date of holiday. Due to the high quality of furnishings and fittings we would request a breakages deposit of £150 which will be refundable after property check.
