Set in the orchards of a fifteenth century manor house, the 'Laiterie' boasts fine views along the wooded valley of the River Touques in the beautiful Pays d'Auge area of Normandy. This architect-designed conversion of a former dairy incorporates traditional features and building materials in light and spacious rooms. The 'Laiterie' has a large garden of its own and a split-level terrace designed to catch the sun from early morning to late evening. It is an ideal place to relax and is also perfectly located to enjoy the beaches of the Côte Fleurie (Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur, etc.) and the attractive countryside and villages of the Pays d'Auge. Just a couple of miles from the market town of Pont L'Evêque, the property is also within easy reach of the historical cities of Caen and Rouen.

Notes on prices
One quarter of the rental price is payable upon booking, the remaining three quarters of the total rental price as well as a Euro 600 (or UK£400) refundable deposit to cover damage to property and contents are payable 1 month prior to the start of the rental period. For booking of two consecutive weeks, a 10% discount is given on the second week's rental. Payment can be made in UK Pounds or in Euros.
The rental price is all inclusive (electricity and water consumption, tourist tax, bed linen and towels). Wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge. The rental price also includes up to 8 hours cleaning of the house at the end of your stay. Any supplementary cleaning required at the end of your stay is charged at hourly rate.
| Bedrooms: | The downstairs bedroom (wheelchair accessible) has 2 single beds or one large double bed (Queen size). It has an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with large double beds (Queen size) share a bathroom. The family room can be made up of either 3 single beds or 1 single bed and one extra large double (King size) bed. The family room has an en-suite shower room.
Each of the 4 bedrooms is sufficiently spacious to accommodate a crib/cot (two baby cots can be provided by the owner upon request at no extra charge).

Notes on accommodation
The Laiterie is classified as a four star accommodation: its rooms are spacious and well furnished, the kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. The sitting and dining areas can easily cater for 12 people. The downstairs (twin or double) bedroom with adjoining (large) shower room is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The spacious upstairs bathroom is shared by two double bedrooms. The family room (3 beds or one single and one extra large double) has its own shower room, including toilets. The modern under floor heating system downstairs and radiators in bedrooms and bathrooms guarantees comfort even in winter. Double-glazing throughout ensures perfect quiteness. Firewood is provided for the traditional Normandy fireplace (grill provided for cooking). The large landscaped garden is set in 32 acres of pastures and orchards belonging to the owners. Pathways and terraces are wheelchair accessible.

Both the golf course in our own village and that in Deauville offer an 18 hole (total length of 6 035 meter, PAR 72) and a 9 hole (total length 2 275 meters, PAR 33). Each course features a range of technical challenges to help you improve your play. The golf course in Deauville offers fast greens and difficult roughs (on the 18 hole) and a wooded course featuring real competition holes (on the 9 hole). Both courses are set on beautiful grounds, the golf course in Deauville on the slopes of Mount Canisy, overlooking the plains of the Pays d'Auge and the golf course in St Julien spreading over 90 hectares of listed grounds.
