| Bedrooms: | On the first floor of the apartment there is 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and another with a bunk bed. All have bedside tables and cupboards/chest of draws. On the first floor, there is a magnificent bedroom with double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower and a sauna. There are two WC which are separate. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped. |
| Living Rooms: | The main room is an open plan of a comfortable living space with TV and DVD player, large sofa and coffee table. The corner kitchen is styled with delightful taste and is equipped for all your needs for the stay. There is also a large table for dining. |
| Other: | There is also an attic like room which is ideal for two or three people. This room is also perfect as a children's playroom. All sleeping arrangements have duvets. Entrance to the building is by code.Inside parking is an option on demand at the Booking. |

Cleaning fees of 80 will be added on the total price of rental. Bed linen and towel -option is 20 /pers week. Their is the possibility of a parking lot. Close to the accommodation please ask for more details on booking. |

Skiing
Tignes is a resort fabulous for beginners to ski fanatics. Tignes is a vast ski resort, which has slopes stretching over 190 miles. There are 97 fast and efficient lifts as well as 2 high speed funicular trains which give you access to the glacier, the highest point of ski in Europe. There are 5 lifts on beginner slopes that are free for all. Tignes is known for great off-piste and cross-country skiing, which are easily accessable by the ski lifts. There are two snow parks, a half pipe, boarder-cross course and some fabulous freeriding.

Tignes is not only a great resort in winter but in summer too. Family friendly and The resort provides a variety of things to do that suit all ages and interests: the well known summer skiing on the Glacier, mountain biking, walking for all abilities, rock climbing including Via Ferreta (for all levels), paragliding, crazy golf) and horse riding. There is a pleasant and large golf course with amazing mountain views. By the lake, in the centre of the Tignes Le Lac there are plenty more things to do such as: sailing, canoeing, pedalo, lake ski jumping (a large water shoot), the Lagoon leisure centre which provides a large 25m swimming pool as well as baby pools and slides, a wellness spa area, and a gym. Travel
Low cost airlines fly to Geneva, Lyon, Chambery and Grenoble, all close to Tignes.
The alpine train takes you up until Bourg St Maurice and from then on there is a 30km travel to Tignes with regular coaches and taxis. We are happy to help and advise you on your travel at the time of booking.
Booking notes
Book direct through our website (link below). A deposit of 25% to hold the booking and 6 weeks before full payment required, French bank account. Winter tends to get booked up very quickly. December though till May. Early bookings in October/November will be accepted. Summer is from July till the end of August.
