Notes on prices
These weekly rates are for the Villa with a maximum of 10 people. The price includes the cleaning of the Villa at the end of the week and the maintenance of the garden. The house is fully equipped from bed linens to beach towels and are all included. Half of the rental is due at the time of booking and the remaining half 8 weeks before arrival. along with the refundable security deposit which will be returned within two weeks of departure providing the villa is in excellent condition.

The outdoor pool with panoramic views is 2,50 x 4,50 m. Due to the terraced gardens, we do not suggest this property is suitable for children under the age of five. All living areas including sitting room, dining room and master bedroom along with two further bedrooms are fully airconditioned. The remaining two bedrooms have fans.
