This beautiful Alpine farmhouse has fantastic views over the mountains, a large private garden and a 10m x 4m shared pool (with owners) which is fenced off with a lockable gate. For children there is also a swing and trampoline for use during the summer (at parents own risk) and an outdoor play house. There is a large private terrace for the main house and a smaller terrace for the 1 bed appt, both overlooking the swimming pool. The farm house is over 100 years old in parts and has been sympathetically and lovingly restored by the owners in recent years to a high specification.

Our large traditional farmhouse is full of Alpine character, with substantial open spaces for relaxing and socialising. The spacious living area has three sofas with a romantic wood-burning fire and a widescreen television with both French and British channels. There is a large rustic but modern kitchen with a range, dishwasher, double fridge and ample cooking surfaces. There are four bedrooms (two of which have optional single beds) and one family bathroom and one shower room. The outside shaded terrace looks over a stunning garden with a delightful swimming pool and is perfect for families who want to relax whilst keeping an eye on the family. A willow-shaded nook, provides spectacular views of the Haute Savoie Alps.

The two kingsize bedrooms have the possibility of an additional single bed or cot on request. (Owners can supply a max of one travel cot).

Charming self contained apartment set in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of a classic French farm house with stunning views over the Chamonix valley. The farm house is situated in the heart of the alps and has access to all major ski resorts within around 30 minutes. There are also plenty of out door activities in the summer with walks, climbing and cycle routes. The apartment has it's own entrance, and plenty of off street parking which is shared with the owners. There is also access to the family swimming pool and a separate garden area with a table and chair looking over the pool. Friendly pets a very welcome, subject to agreement. The apartment has one large double bedroom with an en suit bathroom with a shower and bath. The sitting room has a wood burner, with sofa and chair and has a sitting area for dinning. The kitchen has all the usual facilities and is set off the sitting room. This would be a perfect get away place for couples or small families wanting to explore

Additional camp bed available on request, for sitting room. Double bed, Chest of drawers, upholstered chair, row of hooks for hanging clothes, bedside tables, lamps.
