1/3 of the rental is required as a deposit on booking which is non-returnable. The balance is due 8 weeks before start of rental. A £200 refundable damage deposit is required.

The deposit is a third of the full amount which is non-returnable and confirms a booking. The full amount is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A returnable damage deposit of £200 is paid when the full amount is due.
La Borie Grande
A third of the total rental is payable as confirmation of booking and is non-returnable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday plus £400 damage deposit is payable with the balance and is returned within 14 days of the end of the holiday.

Charming kitchen with french doors leads onto one of several private and secluded relaxing/eating areas. The double en-suite room has a king sized bed, plus 2 twin bedrooms with shower room on first floor and a further bathroom with a corner bath and double wash basins on the ground floor. Seperate laundry room. The 10mx5m private swimming pool with Roman steps is totally secluded and beautifully landscaped with plenty of relaxing chairs and parasols. Most stunning sunsets from the garden, where you can also watch the horses, donkeys and deer in the fields. This property has many quiet areas for enjoying those peaceful moments! The bedrooms are all spacious and cool, beautifully furnished and with lovely views over the garden area. One twin bedded room has french windows opening onto the top terrace.
