Peaceful apartment in the quaint town of Agde. This property is perfectly situated for access to the many attractions in the area. It is also a great base for golfers and skiers with many golf courses nearby. Agde is located on the river Herault, 4km from the Mediterranean known as the 'Black pearl of the Mediterranean' because of the distinctive black basalt used in the local architecture.

Coast/Beach
Its about a 20 minute walk before you reach the beautiful clear blue Meditteranean sea, accompanied by a peaceful beach and shoreline. The local train station is only 5 minutes away.
Golf
About 10 - 15 mins away is Golf Du Cap D'Agde. This Championship course which opened in l989 is large and very varied, hilly, with natural water hazards and some long par 5s and greens hazardously protected by bunkers you'll not forget.
Skiing
Languedoc Roussillon skiing resort is about 2½ hours away.
Travel
Agde is about 700 miles from Calais and can be reached by car in appx 9 - 10 hours.
The nearest airport is Montpellier which is about an hour by car.
You can get a train from Montpellier to Agde station which takes about an hour.
Distances
The nearest town is Agde which is only a few minutes on foot. There are a handful of exceptional restaurants and shops also only a few minutes walk.
