The cottage or 'gite' is one of two adjoining properties, set in pretty gardens in the centre of a small village surrounded by working farms, quiet country lanes, pretty 'colombage' cottages and elegant chalets and chateaux. 'Les Cerisiers' offers accommodation for 5 people in two bedrooms - one with a 5ft double bed and the other with 3 single divans. The property is very private and has its own entrance and parking.

Notes on prices
A weekly surcharge of £50 for fuel/logs will be requested between the beginning of November and end of April. The weeks of Christmas and New year will be charged as per the high season rate. A deposit of 250 Euros or £175 will be requested on arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually a Saturday but we can be flexible off season.

This property has 3 interconnecting bedrooms on the first floor and is suitable for family groups or those who know each other well! The first bedroom has a double bed with baby bed that can convert to a cot; the second bedroom has another double bed and the third bedroom has 2 x 3ft single beds. There is a shower room with toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor, you enter into a well equipped kitchen - fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and washing machine. There is also a kitchen table that seats 6 people. As you pass through the hallway there is a bathoom and separate toilet. The sitting room is large and has a dining area with a table that can accommodate 8 people. The sitting room is large and has three sofas and a wood burning stove set in an inglenook fireplace. The property is very cosy and has a wealth of exposed timbers. |

Notes on accommodation
The two cottages have be opened up to form one property for those looking to accommodate a larger number of people. When divided into two, it is very private as both benefit from separate access points from the road.

Coast/Beach
3km from beaches.
Golf
The golf course at Dieppe is a 20 minute drive. There are also acclaimed courses at Saint Sens and several around Rouen - about 45 minutes away. The course at Etretat is quite famous and I believe to be ranked about no.9 in France. It is very picturesque as many of the holes are located on the cliff tops over looking the sea.

The nearest shop is 500 metres.
The market town of Luneray is 10 minutes by car.
Veules-les-Roses is a 10 minute drive and Saint Valery-en-Caux 15 minutes.
Further details
We are located inthe centre of a small quiet village. The village shop - Le Champetre - is well stocked and sells local vegetable, eggs etc. It is also a 'depot de pain', a restaurant at lunchtimes, a bar and tabac.
