Jouet has been lovingly restored to a very high standard, and is ideal for families or couples who just want to get away from all the stresses of everyday life. We are situated approx 15km from the bustling town of Mayenne with its beautiful river and many historic features. Le Mans is only 50km drive away through the beautiful relaxed French roads. The pretty town of Villaines La Juhel is only 5km away offering supermarkets and shops, bars and restaurants, local market on Mondays.

Bed linen is included in the price and is changed on a weekly basis. Central heating throughout. Ideal location for Children.
Outside
Under cover parking. 2,500sqm well stocked lake with common/mirror carp, Pike and roach. Fishing equipment can be supplied along with tuition if required. Patio furniture, barbecue, 5 and a half acres of private grounds. Ideal situation for children to run around. Dogs welcome.
Coast/Beach
There is a man made beach with a huge lake nearby, with plenty of water sports, restaurants and bars.
Golf
Laval: situated on the Mayenne River, 18 hole course, some of the holes on the banks of the river are unforgetable. 30 mins drive.
Further courses are in Le Mans 50 mins drive, and Bagnoles de l'Orne 45 mins drive away.
Travel
Both Dinard and Tours airports are just 2 hours drive from Jouet, and fly from Stansted, Luton and the Midlands. Calais and Boulougne ports are 4 and a half hours
drive. St Malo is just 2 hours drive.
Distances
The beautiful village of Lassay le Chateaux is 20 mins drive, Jublains with its historical Roman baths is 15 mins drive. Le Mans which boasts the 24 hours and classic car races is just 50km away.

Local Supermarkets are situated 10 mins drive away in Villaines La Juhel, along with bars and restaurants. There is a bar/tabac in the villiage of Loupfougeres, 2 minutes by car or a 10 minute walk away, along a bridle path.
