The property is well presented with 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms and is an ideal holiday home for a family of 6. The villa is a 15 minute drive to the lake St Cassien with its water sport facilities and a 25 minute drive to Cannes on the coast.

The villa is on one floor with no staircase, easily accessible to guests with mobility problems.

Front garden with electric gates and private car parking and a back garden, front and back patios, gas BBQ, one shady area with gazebo with wicker table & 6 chairs and another shady area with teak table and 6 chairs. 4 chaises lounges around the pool. The swimming pool is private, heated, alarmed and measures 8m x 4m. There is also a covered private garage in the back garden. The villa is completely enclosed in a quiet and private residential area.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Cannes are a 25 minute drive from the villa and 40 minutes to Nice and St Tropez.
Golf
There is an 18-hole Golf Club within a 15 minute drive from the villa.
Skiing
Water skiing and water sport facilities are within a 15 minute drive from the villa to lake St Cassien.
Travel
Nearest airport is Nice with its car hire facilities and is a 40 minute drive to and from the villa.
Distances
5 minutes drive to the local amenities, shopping, supermarkets and restaurants in Tourettes or a 10 minute drive to Montauroux. The village of Fayence is also 5 minutes by car from the villa.

The villa is a 2minute walk from the Domaine of Fayence with its exceptional Spa and pool facilities and a 15 minute drive to the water sport facilities of Lake St Cassien. 25 minutes away is Cannes on the coast and 45 minutes to Nice.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought this holiday home in the South of France - a long-standing ambition of mine - in the Spring of 2009 as an investment and a place to go on hoilday to easily by flying to Nice airport or by taking the ferry Dover - Calais and driving down to the coast.
The criteria for bying the Villa were 4: It had to be in a quiet residential area ("au calme absolu"), It had to have a swimming pool, it had to be accessible easily from the UK by either plane or car and finally it had to be near local towns/places of interest such as Cannes (25 mns.), Nice (35 mns.), Monte Carlo (40mns) , St Tropez (30mns) and Lake St Cassien (15 mns) where I can sail or waterski.
Unique benefits of the property
In a quiet residential area surrounded by similar properties and very private. It is also near places of interest such as Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo and St Tropez as well as being a 10 mns's drive of all the shops.
