The landscape lives to the rhythm of the seasons and culture of the vines which has shaped this countryside for 2000 years. If you are a fervent nature and outdoor enthusiast you will be delighted by the activities available to you within the High Languadoc National Park. The location is exceptional and the accommodation is to a high standard. A covered salt water pool with power swimming feature has been recently added.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is completely separate with private access via stairs. Those with serious mobility issues, please be aware. The English owners live in the adjoining premises and will be happy to help with advice and local knowledge.

The half roofed 400 sq ft south sun facing terrace allows you sun and shade and complete privacy. Bar B Q, sun loungers, tables and chairs for 4.

The Med is 40 mins by car and the nearest beaches are Valras, Serignan and Cap d'Agde.
Golf
The local 9 hole course at Lamalou les Bains has a quality clubhouse/restaurant and is only 5 minutes drive. Many other courses within easy reach.

Road access from the north by the recently completed A75 motorway and bridge at Millau.

About the owner
We bought this house in 2000 but have lived in the region since 1989. Extensive renovation have been carried out but with an eye to keeping the houses character. Recently retired from running a building business but have taken up the reins again due to popular demand. I am a practicing artist. Our latest project on the house has been the construction of a swimming pool, compete with mosaic motif of Picasso's bird of peace, which is also to be seen as the weather vane.
