Spacious, light and elegant accommodation with 4 bedrooms 3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds (all four have en suite bathrooms) also a WC on ground floor. The entrance hall/dining room is west facing. Large light sitting room with open fireplace and doors to east and south facing terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with eating area. Free wi-fi access.

Living Rooms: Sitting room with large open fireplace, elegant furnishings including 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, TV, DVD player, bookcase and local information supplied.
Other: Large Entrance Hall with dinning table and chairs for 8 leading to oak staircase/ a very lofty upstairs landing.

Linen and towels are provided. Swimming towels are not provided. Linen changed weekly and house tidied. Cleaned on departure.

Beaches are 2 hours away towards Narbonne and west to the Atlantic coast about 4 hours drive.

Golf
Two 18 hole golf courses within 45 minutes drive - at Albi and Toulouse.

Travel
Toulouse International airport 1 hour. British Airways, Easy Jet and Flybe have regular services from Gatwick and other regional airports. Rodez airport (from Stansted) is one hour 30 mins drive. 10 hour drive from Channel ports./Tunnel Car hire/use of car essential.

Distances
Itzac village 5 min walk. 13th Century Bastide town of Cordes sur Ciel 10 mins drive. Regional wine centre of Gaillac 20 mins drive. Historic City of Albi declared an UNESCO world historic site, 30 mins drive.

Further details
Wonderful walks in forest of Gresigne on the doorstep. Kayaking on river Aveyron 20 mins. One can visit a Market almost everyday of the week. Toulouse of course with its many historic attractions and the Space Center or a visit to Airbus Factory. Plus many concerts in Gaillac and Albi.
