About the owner
Eva and Peter are a retired couple from Sweden who spend about 3 months a year in our apartment, now for rent. We love to keep the apartment and the garden well maintained. During our stays we try to keep fit through jogging, walking and golfing with friends at one of the several golf courses within 30 minutes driving distance.
We shop in both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins and often take the train to Cannes (11 minutes) for shopping and restaurant visits.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We retired and moved from Belgium to Sweden and wanted to keep in touch with the french culture. Through many earlier visits we had found the area between Nice and Cannes attractive with Antibes as the crown jewel. Closeness to the sea was also a condition.
Unique benefits of the property
The high location in a quiet surrounding allows us to share our time equally between Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. The property is very well maintained with flowers in season and up-to-date repairs to malfunctioning items. The property is fenced in with gates and hence very secure.
