The pastoral landscape of villages, farms, vineyards, hills and valleys that is laid out before you makes it hard to believe that you are just 10 minutes from the beautiful, dynamic city of Albi and 45 minutes from Toulouse.

Notes on accommodation
An extensive library of books is at your disposal in the gite, both hard and paper backs. Various card and board games are provided, also a DVD player and Wi-fi access plus masses of up todate local and regional information to help you decide which places you want to visit.

Outside
Outside there is a barbecue, dining table, sun umbrella, sunloungers and recliner chairs, and, if you feel active, a golf course just down the road. You have your own grounds with personal herb garden, so you can do just what you want really, basically enjoy!
Golf
Golfing heaven! There are two 18 hole golf courses nearby. One just a couple of minutes away, the other about 15 minutes. There are a further seven 18 hole courses between 30 minutes and an hours drive from the cottage.
How to get there
Toulouse airport 45 mins by car, Carcassone airport 90 mins. A car is essential.
Further details
We are always pleased to share produce from our garden with our guests. Salad, tomatoes, potatoes, courgettes, squashes, aubergines, chillies, grapes, melons and figs - according to the season. Not forgetting the fresh herbs that you can pick from your own herb garden!
A huge variety of bird life in and around our property (35 at last count) for any twitchers out there. Nightingale, blackcap, hoopoe and golden oriole song fills the warm summer air.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required within 10 days of booking. This is non-refundable. A booking form will be sent and we would ask you to return this with your deposit in order that the booking may be confirmed. The balance is due on arrival. On arrival we will require a loss/damage deposit of 150 euros which will be returned on day of departure providing that the cottage is 'left as found'.
