A 2 minute walk from the centre of renaissance Pezenas this remarkable property has beautiful apartments which combine all modern conveniences while retaining many original features and the fantastic ambiance of the convent. The apartments have been superbly designed and decorated, from the individually, handcrafted chandeliers to the intricate ironwork galleries created by a famous local artist. All fixtures, fittings and appliance are brand new and blend effortlessly alongside traditional southern-French antiques. One apartment is equipped to welcome guests with disabilities. A huge, enclosed Mediterranean garden with palm trees and mature plants features a protected swimming pool with state-of-the-art ‘oxygène actif’ UV cleansing system (no chlorine), and a jet stream for serious swimmers.

Notes on prices
The rates shown below are for renting one apartment for a one week period. The rates are payable in Euros.
For reservations made 5 months in advance a 10% discount is offered (except for July and August).
During the low season, special rates may be available for long-term stays or groups of less than 6.
A €300 security deposit is required to reserve an apartment (this deposit is returned to you on departure), the accommodation fee is due 8 weeks before arrival. Linen and towels are included.
| Bedrooms: | Each apartment has two large bedrooms on the third floor with garden views, antique furniture and large, marble fireplaces. Both bedrooms have double beds and their own private bathrooms. |
| Bathrooms: | Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one contains a traditional iron cast bath, shower and toilet, the other has a shower and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchens are located on the ground floor, they are fully equipped including, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. Each kitchen gives on to the spacious living and dining areas which include a large antique table that seats 6 to 8 people, sofa. |

Accessibility
We have one apartment, Octopus, that is accessible by wheelchairs. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor and a pullout sofa bed.

The property is made up of four separate duplex apartments each with its own name based on the theme of the decorations:

The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden fence and has standard fall detector. Nine metres by 5 metres the pool is cleaned by oxygen active elements which eliminate the need for chlorine. The pool is also equipped with a jet stream for those who wish to exercise.
Coast/Beach
The Mediterranean coastline is just 12 miles from Pézenas. Wonderful child-friendly beaches with all watersports facilities. Waterside cafés and restaurants give you the chance to watch the world go by under the summer sun.

Choice of golf courses at Béziers, Lamalou and Cap d’Agde.

The lively town of Pezenas is generally regarded as the jewel in the Languedoc crown. Located in the heart of wine-producing country, 30 minutes west of Montpellier, 20 minutes north of the Mediterranean coast and 30 minutes south of the beautiful Languedoc Regional Park, the town encompasses all the romanticism of the south of France, together with traditional architecture and everyday living.
Wonderful choice of restaurants in the winding streets and many summer festivals, concerts and cultural events.
Also famous throughout France for its antique shops and bric-a-brac yards and the weekly Saturday market.
