Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday Arrival is at 4pm and departure 10am.

Accessibility
This accommodation has one small step into the house, and other steps from the living room to the dining area and from the kitchen into the bathroom.
Outside
Outside there is a patio with barbecue, table and chairs. The gardens are large and well kept. The private swimming pool is 15m x 2m and is excellent for serious swimming.
Coast/Beach
The house is about 90 minutes drive from the fantastic Atlantic coast, with the largest man made sand dune and miles of sandy beaches. There are also lakeside beaches only a short drive away.
Golf
There is a public golf course about an hour away in Perigueux.
Special interest holidays
Painting courses are available on request. Beginners are most welcome, Mikhael will make the most of your hidden talents, you will be surprised what you can achieve.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bergerac which is forty five minutes away. Bordeaux airport is about ninety minutes away. Car hire is available at both airports. A car is essential for a stay here because there is very little public transport in this part of rural France. The journey from the channel tunnel will take about ten hours but from Caen it should take about seven hours.
Distances
The Supermarkets are a short drive away. Riberac 25km – with a very popular Friday market. St Astier 17km excellent market on a Thursday. Perigueux 36km – Must see. With more than 2000 years of history. Many places to see from the Roman museum to the Cathédrale de Périgueux.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required on booking. Balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Damage deposit £150, at time of balance. Returned if no damage, 2 weeks after leaving.
