You can choose to relax in the private garden, beside the pool, or on the nearby sandy beaches of Canadel, Pramousquier, Rayol, or Cavaliere just two minutes away. All have ample parking, good bars/restaurants and facilities.

Upper terrace; Access is gained from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. On the terrace is a table, chairs and sun loungers. Covered terrace; ideal for sunbathing or eating in the shade direct from the garden. Garage and parking for a further 2 cars. Private garden. Swimming pool (10m x5m). This is fenced for safety and a facility shared with our two neighbours which we would ask you to respect. Parking; In addition to the garage is parking for 2 cars. All outside furniture is provided together with BBQ, sun loungers and tables.

Coast/Beach
Nearby sandy beaches at Canadel, Pramousquier, Rayol, or Cavaliere are just two minutes away by car, or 10 minutes on foot. All have ample parking, good bars/restaurants and facilities. There are of course boats for hire, sailing tuition, scuba diving and many more activities to be enjoyed in the beautiful clear blue sea.

Toulon – approximately 45 mins by car. Limited flight availability.

Distances
St-Tropez, St- Maxim, Frejus etc. are between 30 and 40 minutes away whilst Cavalaire and Le Lavandou are only 10 minutes away. Cannes, Nice and Monaco are just over 1 hour

Further details
Le Rayol-Canadel is a part of the French Riviera which is protected from development, designated as an area of outstanding beauty and has not been spoiled by mass tourism and therefore is one of the few unspoiled areas of the Mediterranean. The village of Rayol has everything from a small supermarket, boulangerie, bucherie, doctors, pharmacie to one of the best restaurants in the area Maurin des Maures and of course the traditional boules court. Only 200 yards from the villa is a superb convenience store and restaurant regularly visited by no less than President Sarkosy!
There are numerous markets in the area, the largest and most renowned being St Tropez which is held on Tuesdays and Saturdays (be sure to arrive early). The smaller markets operate during the rest of the week, these include Rayol, Le Lavandou, cavalaire and Cavaliere Further details can be obtained from the Office de Tourism at Rayol. Whilst the owners believe the descriptions to be accurate they cannot guarantee that all facilities described in these particulars are available and accept no liability in respect thereof.

Booking notes
All prices are per week and include all linen and bathroom towels. Water and electricity are all included however an excessive usage charge will be necessary. A 30% non refundable deposit and a completed booking form are required to confirm the booking. The balance plus a security deposit of £500 is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. About the owner
We are an English family from Derbyshire who have owned a property in Rayol Canadel for over 20 years. We sold a flat in 2004 in order to purchase our present newly built house to accommodate our family and friends.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
After investigating the area 21 years ago we decided to settle in this beautiful location which is unspoiled and largely undiscovered by holiday makers.

Unique benefits of the property
The villa has beautiful beaches and facilities within a few hundred yards. Also we have the benefit of a pool. There are excellent restaurants and shops a few minutes away. Recommendations can be provided when booking. During the summer months (April to October) it is a pleasant stroll to a local convenience store for freshly baked baguettes and croissants
