The villa is situated in Pico Vaggia, just off the Route de Palombaggia (a beautiful country lane which branches off the main road running from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio to trace the coastline for about 15 kilometres). It is a quiet hamlet containing about 15 other other houses. In season there are two or three restaurants and a small small grocery store within 10 minutes walk. Out of season the nearest shops and restaurants are in Porto Vecchio which is a 10 minute drive.
Palombaggia and the surrounding beaches are renowned for their beauty - fine white sands, beautiful clear blue seas and a backdrop of pine and the scented maquis. There are good beach restaurants and most water sports are available in season. If you need a break from the beach the Alta Rocca mountains are also very close. There you can go canyoning, swim in crystal clear rivers or just enjoy a walk amidst the truly breathtaking scenery.

Sunday. Arrival time 4pm. Departure 10am. Siutcases can be dropped of at the house by prior arrangement.

Outside
Outside there is a 10m x 5m pool with cascade surrounded by large paved area and sun loungers, outdoor table and various bits of patio furniture, a barbecue built into outside of the house, a couple of olive trees, and small grassed areas at the side and front of the house. The pool has an alarm.

Golf
Sperone golf course is 30 minute drive. A 9 hole course is 15 minutes drive.

Figari 30 minutes drive. Bastia airport 2 hours. Car hire is essential.

Porto Vecchio 10 minutes drive. Bonifaccio 30 minutes drive.
