Local English, French speaking agent be available during your stay. Property will be cleaned for your arrival, please leave as found or charge will be made from security deposit.

Coast/Beach
Approx 2km from house is a lake suitable for swimming, it has a sandy beach area and children's playground. The Lot river with canoeing and kayaking is a short drive.

Travel
Nearest airports are Toulouse, Bergerac, Rodez and Limoges, approx 70 - 120 mins drive. Flights available from most UK airports with BA, Flybe, Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2. Car hire available at airports. Driving times from Calais approx 9/10 hours, Caen and Le Havre approx 7 hours. Plenty to see in area so car is recommended.

Distances
The nearest village is Montcuq 1km, which has restaurants, supermarkets, tourist information, banks and a Sunday market. The main town of Cahors is 15 mins drive and has large stores, restaurants, boat trips and the famous Pont Bridge. Lot Valley with canoeing, swimming etc, 7km drive from property.

Further details
The nearest supermarket is 1km from villa and has a large selection of items for everyday needs and a petrol station. Lots to see and do in the area including wine tasting, caves, markets, canoeing, boat trips. Several books of interest on the area and maps available at the property.

Booking notes
10% non refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival date. Security/damage deposit £150 payable by cheque with balance payment (returned if all ok after holiday).
