2 comfortable and beautifully furnished apartments, Castrum and Griffe, in a self-contained half of a large historic house with access to swimming pool. Situated on the medieval wall of an idyllic wine-making village the apartments offer a perfect retreat. Each apartment sleeps 2-4. The apartments can be rented together to form a house sleeping 5/6. Changeover day
Usually Saturday 4pm to 11am following Saturday. Shorter stays may be possible.* Owner may permit arrival/departure on days other than Saturday-pls enquire.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Each apartment has a 1 bedroom with double bed. The larger of the two, Castrum, has spacious living room that can be turned into a bedroom with 1-2 single beds. Griffe has a double sofa bed in sitting room. |
| Bathrooms: | Each apartment has an en-suite bathroom as well as a seperate shower room and 2 wcs. |
| Kitchen: | Both apartments have fully equipted modern kitchens which open out onto glorious private terraces. Equipment includes a cooker, ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (except Griffe) and a washing machine. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Castrum and Griffe both have spacious living/dining rooms. Both apartments have a TV/radio showing UK channels, a DVD/CD player and DVD film library. Furniture is a mixture of antiques and modern items. |
| Other: | Cots/highchair etc provided. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels for apartment and beach provided and high quality linen are included and changed every week. No extra charge for linen, electricity or cleaning. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms are provided with heaters and fans depending on season. Owners provide detailed information packs in apartment about best things to do if you are unfamiliar with area.
Outside
Castrum has a fully equipped 15sqm private terrace with glorious views of vineyards and woodland. Griffe has a fully equipped 8sq.m private terrace with glorious views of vineyards and woodland.
Off road or private garage parking available.
Beautiful swimming pool (shared) with sun loungers, umbrellas.
Coast/Beach
Excellent Mediterranean beaches stretching either side of Cap d'Agde (25km) are only 25 mins away. Superb freshwater swimming in nearby hill gorges , lakes and rivers are also nearby.
Golf
Bezier and Lamalou golf courses 25 minutes away.

Travel
Airports at Montpellier 55km (50 mins), Carcassonne/Perpignan/Nimes 70 mins.
Buses to Pezenas from Montpellier and Beziers both of which have regular train connections. Please enquire for my advise on best route to get to Nizas. *Remember to print out directions from my own website.
Car hire is essential.

Further details
Nizas is a pretty village with a good shop/boulangerie and bar. Local shop and bar in Nizas. Restaurants, banks and supermarkets in Pezenas, only 5km away. Owners provide recommendations where to best eat and shop as well as wine recommendations.

Email owner to confirm availability. Booking form will be emailed and booking will be confirmed upon receipt. 30% deposit due upon reservation and balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
