Les Mitoulets is situated in a quiet part of the village, yet still only a few minutes walk from either of the two main lifts and Morzine centre. The property enjoys a sunny disposition and has breathtaking views of the mountains and village. The apartment is very light, spacious and spreads over 2-3 floors. The interior has wooden beamed ceilings and is freshly decorated in a tasteful style with wooden furniture, giving it a warm and welcoming feel. The apartment sleeps 6 people very comfortably (no sofa-beds!), comprising of an entrance hall with w/c, double bedroom & bathroom. A door leads to a kitchen, dining area with balcony, lounge with Sat TV/DVD & balcony. Stairs lead to a Mezzanine with bunks & privacy curtain, twin bedroom, shower room, stairs to storage area. There is ample free parking and a secure ski/boot room, which is also large enough to accommodate mountain bikes and other equipment during the summer.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment enjoys a sunny position and from the private balconies you can take in the unrestricted and breathtaking views of the mountains across to the peaks of Avoriaz and the Prodain Valley.
Outside
At the front on the property there is a secluded sunny garden area. There is also ample parking at the property which is reserved exclusively for guests.
Coast/Beach
Lake Geneva 30 min drive. Outside Olympic size swimming pool (3 min walk). Swimming lakes within 5-10 mins drive.
Golf
There are 18 hole golf courses at Les Gets (10 mins), Evian (35 mins) and Chamonix (60 mins) with a 9 hole course at Avoriaz (20 mins).
Skiing
Les Mitoulets apartment offers easy access to the whole Portes du Soleil ski region, one of the largest ski areas in the world. The region boasts an unbelievable 650km of groomed pistes linking 14 resorts in France and Switzerland, all available on one ski pass. The area offers unlimited skiing to both experts and beginners and can be accessed by foot or bus using the lifts very close to the property.
Travel
Nearest Airport Geneva. Transfer time 1 hour.
Drive time from Calais 8 hours.

Only a 15% deposit (minimum £100) is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation, with the outstanding balance payable 6 weeks before your arrival date.
