The apartment is situated in a unique and charming property built in the typical style of Provence. The property contains 2 apartments and is situated in a nice private park (12.500 m2) with lots of flowers. Here you will find absolutely calmness and from all around the property perched on a hillside at 2000 ft. elevation there is a marvelous panoramic view towards St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice. You have access to a nice, heated pool, tennis court, table tennis and direct access to a forest. The property has a central situation near the mountains and the fine sandy beaches. Only 2 km from Cabris, approx. 10 minutes from Grasse (famous “perfume city”), 25 min. from Cannes and 1 hour from Nice. You will find several small charming villages in the area of the property. All villages are having their own markets selling spices, baskets, tissues, paintings etc. 4 golf courses are situated in a distance of ½ hour drive, the nearest only 10 min away. Good possibility for excursions.

Notes on prices
Prices in EUR per unit per week. End of stay cleaning 85 euros. Bedlinen and towels are 12 euros/person/week. Damage deposit of 200 euros in cash.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Out of season we book on other days and minimum 3 nights.
Notes on accommodation
You can rent bedlinen and towels for 12 euros/person/week or of course you can bring you own if you prefer.
Outside
We have the most beautiful garden/park. Each of the apartments has a BBQ and have outdoor furniture. We have a heated pool 6 x 14 meters - the pool is private for our guests only.
Coast/Beach
It will take approximately 30 minutes to drive to the nearest beach in Cannes, depending on the traffic. There are many beaches along the coast, both sandy or with pebbles.
Golf
We have 10 golf courses within 1 hour's drive from the property.
Special interest holidays
The area offers a lot of existing destinations for excursions. For example prehistoric caves open to the public only a few kilometers from the property. The area around Domaine du Bois d’Amont is very nice for hiking. It is absolutely worth visiting the village of Gourdon taking the road through the vertiginous Gorges du Loup with it's beautiful mountain scenery or you could visit Gorges du Verdon, the French parallel to Grand Canyon. In the mountains above the coast line there are special routes from Monaco in the north towards Toulon and La Madrague in the south. In about half an hour you reach the Mediterranean coastline offering fine sandy beaches, rocky beaches with the possibility to try different kinds of water sports.
Travel
The nearest airport is Nice airport, it takes about 45 minutes to drive to our property from the airport. Nearest train station is in Grasse about 15 minutes to the station from us. A car is needed in our area.
Distances
Our nearest village is Cabris about 5 minutes by car. A nice village with lots of restaurants. You can also walk "the back way" and this takes about 40 minutes.

Please send an enquiry for your preferred time of holiday and we will respond straight away to your request. We ask the deposit to be paid within 5 days and the remaining 4 weeks before arrival.

We are 5 owners and we are all Danish. Two of us live here on the property all year.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
When we bought the property one condition was it had to be close to an airport and with only 45 minutes to Nice airport this is convenient. The location had to be away from big roads, so it had to be a quite area and a perfect place for families with children as well as couples. We have had several weddings here and it is a romantic property. We are going to have our own wedding here later on.
Unique benefits of the property
We have it all - heated pool, tennis court, table tennis and boule. The big garden is like a park and good for children to play in. It is all private for our guests only and us who live here are very lucky to get to enjoy it very day, we never get tired of the beautiful view.
