This attractive cottage is quietly situated in the grounds of the owner's house a few minutes away from the famous artists village of St Paul de Vence. A spacious patio separates the cottage from the main house. The entrance of the cottage leads directly into an attractive open plan living/dining area and a modern, well equipped kitchen. This area is surrounded by a private garden and patio with garden furniture and shady trees. Both the double bedroom and the twin have generous wardrobe space and interesting decorative touches. The villa is ideal for a family of 4/5 pers. There are automatic entry gates and ample private parking in front of the cottage. The newly built pool has an automatic rolling cover for child safety purposes and the landscaped garden is the ideal location for taking in the marvelous hill side scenery.

Discounts for long stay lets. Please note, there is a 35 euros cleaning fee to pay in cash to the owner/caretaker on departure.

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival times are flexible.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, bedside tables, reading lights, a wardrobe and chest of draws and a desk and chair.
Bathrooms: Bathroom en-suite to bedroom 1 with bath /shower over, wc, bidet, wash basin, heating and storage space.
A cot (crib) can be provided for a baby. I can also provide a highchair, toys for the bath etc There are pool toys and various dvds for older kids!
Kitchen: Gas hob, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher microwave
Utility Room: washing machine with detergents for your use
Living Rooms: Spacious and light living /dining area with American style kitchen, TV, DVD, telephone and internet connection, stereo hifi, sofa bed (king size).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linens and bath towels are all included and are changed once a week.
Beach/pool towels are not included.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa is situated on a twin property with the owners living adjacent. Ideal for families. You can bring your own sky card for even more channels.

Outside
The villa has a private garden, terrace and BBQ area.
The pool (10 meters x 5 meters) is secure and has a hard cover for both safety and heat retention. The water has a salt treatment in place for epidermal comfort and does not require chlorine. It is shared only with the owners' family.

Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to local beaches.

Special interest holidays
The Cote d'Azur is constantly glittered with events -all of which are local to this property - Cannes film festival May 17-28th, Monaco Grand Prix, May 25-28th, Sailing regattas and luxury Yacht shows- we have them all!
If you have children, the best day out would be Marine land, the best aqua park in Europe. The killer whale& dolphin shows are on a par with Florida. If walking and sports are more your style- you will be embarrassed for choice there are heaps of woodland tracks, golf courses and horsey things all close by.

Travel
Only 10 minutes drive from the airport, 20 minutes from star studded Cannes, 10 minutes from Nice centre and 25 minutes from Monaco. Car hire or use of car is recommended, though the local train station has regular regional services that take the stress out of driving and parking.

Distances
The famous artists village of St Paul de Vence is a 2 minute drive.
Villeneuve Loubet (3klm) famous for the culinary genius Escoffier, has an adventure trail, and great riverside walks.
La Colle sur Loup also famous for art is 2km.

Further details
The surrounding villages of La Colle, St Paul and Villeneuve, all have local produce markets as well as shops and banks and are full of outstanding restaurants. There is a large supermarket 1 km from the property.
The Fashionable resorts of St Tropez and Monaco make for great day trips, not to mention the fabulous towns in Italy, only 70 km down the road.
