About the owner
I live partly in London and partly in Berkshire where I keep my horse. In London I have three properties that I look after and let out myself (I used to have eleven including a children's nursery). I also work as an actress and also sing with Opera Integra (currently performing in the Magic Flute). I have had strong connections with France all my life. My grand-mother used to host french students to fund her children's education. The students became long lasting friends including Josette who became my god-mother. Josette owned a couple of perfumeries in the Champs Elysee but eventually gave up after being held-up at gun-point too many times. Sebastien Burette looks after 'Beauchamp' for me in my absence. He has been with me for ten years and is very helpful and reliable.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
It makes me think how England might have been a hundred years ago. The house is ancient and also the old barn in the grounds. It is so private yet with the three-four acres that surround it you have a feeling of space and freedom. The countryside surrounding the house is glorious and yet you are within easy driving distance of three small towns and you Have Dieppe and Rouen beyond - and you can reach the coast within fifteen to twenty minutes.

Unique benefits of the property
You can cram up to twenty-two people into the house. There is an open fire and a wood-burning stove. The nearest village Hericourt en Caux is a five minute pop down the road by car.
