Miles of clean, safe, sandy beaches, loads of amenities and attractions, and enjoying over 300 days of sunshine a year. A holiday location satisfying those in search of activity or relaxation. A well maintained Swiss development (built 2002) enjoying marina lifestyle in a comfortable, well-appointed apartment. Magnificent swimming pool and secure parking. Accommodation: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, separate shower-room with WC in each, kitchen (with dishwasher) and spacious living room with four/five seat and a convertible to double bed in the mezzanine.Air conditioning in all the apartment. Two balconies: suntrap (south) overlooking the pool and larger one (north) marina-side. A stunning pool area (residents only) with showers and changing rooms and large sun-lounging area. Fabulous golfing breaks on an international course.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in Euro. Rentals paid for in Euro Cheques issued from a bank outside France are subject to a 15 euro surcharge. 4 day weekday breaks and long weekends are offered out of high season by arrangement. Prices include electricity at all times of the year and high quality linen and towels (including beach towels).
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday in season but we will be happy to discuss other days and times in medium and low seasons. Arrival is 16.00 with departure at 10.00 on the day you leave.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has been entirely refreshed this winter.We have recently included beach towels to enable travellers with the low cost airlines to minimise their baggage. A cot and a high-chair are available on request for a small additional charge. This a no smoking apartment and we regret we do not accept pets. Pets who smoke are especially not welcome!!
Outside
The fabulous and large communal pool (residents only) is complemented by pleasant and well kept gardens and a small kiddies playground and a boules area. The car parking is secured by electric gates and your keys will include the remote control. A shortcut by secure side gate gets you to local shops in two minutes!
Coast/Beach
St Cyprien enjoys an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. The beaches stretch either side of the town for a total of 12 kilometres. They are never crowded and there is an abundance of parking in most places. Beaches can be walked to but those taking picnics and other beach equipment will prefer to take the car.
Golf
St Cyprien International Golf Course is one of the best in France. Full details and review are available online, please contact owners for website details. There are two courses - the ‘Canigou Etang’ championship 18 holes and the ‘Saint Cyprien’ 9 holes - both with water hazards, and both offer stimulating play for the experienced and the inexperienced golfer. Two of our guests – both golf addicts – were told about this course by their pro who has played it himself and thoroughly commends it! Golf de Saint Cyprien is also home to the Patrick Lacroix Golf Academy. We have a review and details of all Golf Courses within easy reach and will be happy to e-mail it to you on request.
Out of high season we are happy to accommodate long weekends or short breaks of four nights or fewer from September to May. Prices are 60% of those indicated for the dates on this site. Enquiries welcome and prices confirmed on request.

The fabulous and excellent value skiing offered by the Pyrenees are just two hours drive away. Special interest holidays
Scuba diving, surfing, sailboarding, water skiing, and just about everything else you can do in or on the sea is available in abundance. Tennis, squash and badminton courts at La Grande Stade are within five minutes walk. There is also a fitness centre.
Attractions include Sigean African Reserve and Aqualand – a water world for children of all ages, Golf at Golf de St Cyprien (including a restaurant)and riding which can be either four-legged at the local equestrian centres or two-wheeled at bike hire locations.
Travel
If you are planning to travel by car you have an 11-13 hour drive depending on port and route. Leave room in the car for your shopping! The Spanish border is just a 40 minute drive away offering low, low prices on alcohol, tobacco and almost anything else!
By plane there's a wide choice (drive times in brackets) including Perpignan (40 mins), Gerona (75 mins - our recommended), Carcassonne (75 mins), Toulouse (2h 15 mins), Nimes (2hrs), Montpellier (2hrs), and Barcelona (2h 30 mins).
Distances
If you can ignore the lure of the beach and boat life, within 2 hours drive you have: Collioure (20mins) – a delightful medieval port, town and castle; Gerona (75mins) a bustling but ancient Spanish city; Carcassone’s (75mins) castellated splendour; Barcelona (130 mins) Spain’s second city; Andorra & The Pyrenees (130 mins). Once home to Picasso, Ceret is also well worth a visit (30 mins). For those without a car there is also plenty to do and places to go. Local buses and trains are frequent.

In season within 3 minutes walk (really) you have a range of quality independent shops including bakers, butchers, convenience store, fruit and veg, wet and dry fish and news agency. There is a choice of restaurants in under 5 minutes walk and a local surgery if needed. Year round, the Mona Delices corner store offers free WiFi web access to Customers. Out of season, butchers, fishmongers, wine shop and bakers open mornings only. Our comprehensive guest guide receives glowing praise and includes restaurant reviews and loads to do and see ideas! A generous welcome basket awaits all arrivals.

Booking is simple. E-mail us with details of your requirements. We'll send you an e-brochure (pdf). Take a closer look, see more photos and a floor plan. When you decide to book a deposit of 30% is taken and your reservation confirmed and the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A damage deposit of 200euro is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
