Côté Rivière has a king size bed, a dining table and chairs, 2 armchairs, and beautiful soft furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric fan oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils.The gorgeous bathroom has a WC, washbasin, heated towel rail, hair dryer and a walk-in shower. The apartment has English-speaking TV (Sky), air conditioning/heating, WIFI Internet and a parking space, located just 2 minutes away on foot, which is rare in this town with little traffic and narrow streets!

Booking notes
Prices are per week and include all utilities (water, electric), parking and WIFI. Rentals run on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. All towels and linens are provided. Arrival 4pm / Departure 10am. Payment: 50% to be paid by bank transfer when reserving the apartment. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. 200 EUR damage deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, returnable on departure following apartment check. Negotiable rates for longer stays.
