Cosmique is a Savoyarde style chalet with a modern touch and is spread over three floors. The first floor offers a large professional kitchen with all modern equipment and a huge oak table to seat up to 14 of your friends. Also on this floor is a triple room with en-suite bathroom and a 50sq.m bar with leather sofas, free pool table and pro table football. The second floor opens up to two more bedrooms double and twin, two bathrooms and a huge open plan living room with log beams, open fire place and leather sofas where you can relax and reflect on your day on the hill. Outside of the chalet a large terrace can be found which is home to a seven person spa to relax you muscles after a day on the mountain. Finally the third floor boasts a look-down view over the living room and has three more rooms, a double, triple and twin. A large bathroom services these rooms. All rooms have an impressive view of chamonix's beautiful mountains.

About the owner
Hello, my name is Michael and I have been living in Chamonix for over 10 years now. I started Chalet Cosmique in 2001 from the ground up and it has been a successful chalet since. My aim is to provide a luxurious style of traditional chalet mixed with a modern feel without the top end price. Guests feel at home as soon as the arrive due to the personal touches to the chalet I have added over the years. I organise holidays and am in direct contact with clients so there is no middle man. I personally oversea the weeks and chauffeur guests in resort and to Geneva myself. I have an excellent knowledge of Chamonix and the mountains and speak French to a high standard.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
My first season was in 1997 and I fell in love with Chamonix. I kept coming back every year until a friend inspired me to buy a chalet and start Chaletcosmique.com in 2001. I have never looked back since. Chamonix offers some of the best skiing/snowboarding I have ever come to pass and I have been to many other resorts. The life style and pace of Chamonix is very unique and i love it here in the summer as much as the winter.
Unique benefits of the property
Chalet Cosmique has so much to offer. One of the unique features that not many other chalets have is the great sense of space in the chalet, due to 2 large hang out areas, one being the 50m2 bar/games room and the other being the 40m2 living room. This gives guests ample space to relax even with 12 staying. This is also complimented by 6 gorgeous rooms all with amazing views of the valley.
The chalet is super convenient with local bakery and market right on the door step, also the chalet is only 10 minutes walk to town and 2 minutes to the nearest lift in out chauffeur drive vehicles.
