Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible out of season. We ask our guests to arrive after 4pm and to vacate by 10am.

2nd bedroom with double bed and one single bed.
Double sofabed in lounge.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and separate WC.
2nd WC is located on the ground floor.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave and toaster.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with open fireplace includes dining table and chairs, sofa bed, 2 seater sofa, TV with satellite, DVD and CD player.

All linen and towels are included (except beach towels). The house is cleaned at the end of each rental (included in the rental price).

Notes on accommodation
We adopt a no smoking and no pets policy on our premises. The winding staircase is not suitable for very young children and those who have difficulty with stairs.

Outside
An enclosed courtyard with stone BBQ, seating area and table, ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a roof terrace with spectacular views of Mount Canigou, a table, 2 wicker arm chairs and 2 deck chairs, ideal for sunbathing.

Coast/Beach
Beautiful sandy beaches are within a ½ hour drive from the village. There are 2 lakes in the neighbouring village (5 mins drive away), one for swimming and picnics, with pedalos for hire and adventure activities and the other lake for fishing.

Golf
There are excellent golf courses in the area.

Skiing
The nearest ski resort of Font Romeu is about 90 minutes away with Andorra also close by.

Travel
Perpignan airport 35 mins. Girona airport 50 mins. Carcassonne airport 90 mins. Car hire is strongly recommended. Ferry - A9 autoroute from channel ports and tunnel.

Distances
5 mins drive to Ceret. 10 mins drive to Spanish border. 30 mins drive to Perpignan. 90 mins drive to Barcelona.

Further details
In the village you will find a butcher, newsagent, 2 bakers, 2 general stores, 2 bar/restaurants, bank, post office, chemist. Ceret and Le Boulou (5 mins away) both have supermarkets, banks etc. There is a great market every Saturday in Ceret.

Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance will be required 8 weeks before arrival date together with a security deposit of £100.00, this will be refunded (subject to breakages and damage) within 7 days of finish date.
