You will find everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself at this beautiful spacious 5 bedroom villa with pool. The property features top quality fully furnished accommodation for up to 10 adults. There is a large, light and spacious lounge and dining area with original features, and a modern kitchen with all the appliances necessary to maximise your relaxation time. All five bedrooms (2 doubles, 3 twins) have ensuite bathrooms. There is a private swimming pool (12 x 5 metres) with child safety fencing set in 3 acres of gardens, and secure parking for three cars. The villa is in a convenient location for a wide range of activities and attractions, and there is easy access from Nice airport (40-45 minutes drive).

Changeover day
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Earliest arrival 4:00 pm. Latest departure 10:00 am.

| Bathrooms: | There are 5 en-suite bathrooms and 1 cloakroom with wc. 2 of the en-suites have baths with a shower over and 3 have a shower only. All 5 have basin and wc. |
| Kitchen: | There is a modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and coffee percolator. There is a breakfast bar area which is comfortable for 4 adults. |

Linen, towels and beach towels are provided. A maid comes to clean once a week on changeover day, and a gardener comes weekly also. |

A cot, travel cot and highchair are available. The pool is fenced off for the safety of young children.

Outside
There is a good size private swimming pool (12 x 5 metres). There is a roof terrace with table and chairs to seat 10 adults. There is a poolside table and chairs to seat 6 adults. There are 10 teak sunloungers with cushions, a gas barbeque and a full size table tennis table. There is an internal 'orangery' garden with a fountain which is accessible from the lounge area.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within easy reach by car:
Mandelieu-La Naponte-Cannes, Golfe de Frejus, La Croisettes, Cannes, St Raphael, Ste Maxime, and St Tropez.
Iles de Cannes - There are some small islands off the beach at Cannes which can be reached by public ferry or sailing boat. The water around them is a stunningly clear turquoise and is perfect swimming territory. It is a great spot for days out.
Golf
Domaine de Terre Blanche (Four Seasons) is a club of outstanding quality with two 18 hole golf courses plus a golf academy with a floodlit practice range and all weather covered positions.
Golf de l'Esterel (Par 71, 5825 metres) is just over a mile away from the wonderful beaches of Saint-Raphael. This course actually runs into the Mediterranean Sea giving it magnificent views and making it wonderfully relaxing.

Skiing
Isola 2000 is about 2 hours drive from Seillans and offers skiing at 2000 metres altitude from December to April.
Geolieres Les Neiges is 1 1/2 hours drive and offers skiing at 1400-1700 metres altitude from Christmas to March. The resort, though relatively small, is good for learning and can be excellent after a big snowfall. The resort also has snow cannons.
Travel
The villa is 40-45 minutes easy drive from Nice Airport. A hire car is recommended.
Distances
The centre of Seillans, lauded as a 'Village Fleurie', is 10 minutes walk from the villa. Fayence, a pretty market town, Caillan, built around a chateau on a hilltop, and Montaroux, built around a former fortress, are 10-15 minutes drive from Seillans.
Further details
There are excellent restaurants in the locality and many auberges: Hotel Restaurant Deux Rocs in heart of historic Seillans and Le France in Fayance are two of our favourites. Also recommended are Castelleras - Seillans, Moulin de la Canardonle - Fayance, and Marinas - Montauroux.
Lac de St Cassien and the Gorges du Verdon offer many outdoor activities, and there are a number of vineyards and perfume factories which offer tours.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid on reservation. The remainder and £300 refundable damage deposit must be paid 1 month prior to the holiday start date. Upon funds having cleared the keys, map and driving instructions will be released. On completion of the holiday and safe return of the keys the damage deposit will be refunded providing the house is left in good order.
