Situated close to the historical town of Pezenas, the peaceful village of Fos, is the ideal retreat. The three bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with exposed beams and original stone work. Each has its own ensuite shower room with wc. If relaxing by the pool gets too much, the beach is only 35 mins drive. Alternatively, there is golf, sailing, walking, canoeing and of course wine tasting to keep you busy. There is a tennis court in the village.

Use of car is essential. Nearest airport - Beziers 35 mins.
Also Montpellier 1.10 mins, Carcasonne, Nimes, Perpingnan, Toulouse and Girona are between 1-2 hours. All with ryanair.com

Further details
There are no shops in the village of Fos. 10 mins to village with shops, restaurant & bank. 15 mins to supermarket. 20 mins to Pezenas with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Horseriding, biking, canoeing all close by.
Booking notes
Booking will be confirmed when a deposit of £200 per week is received. i.e £400 is taken for a 2 week booking. The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before departure. 200 euros or £200 cash returnable security deposit required on arrival.

The house and location are lovely, we enjoyed lazing by
the pool one day and then went canoeing the next!

We are a family of four who live in St Pons de Mauchiens. Both our children were born here when we decided to stay after a holiday 12 years ago!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We came to Fos in 2000 and instantly fell in love with the place. The house is in a great location, a quiet village, but only 20 minutes from Pezenas, probably one of the nicest towns in the Languedoc. Its also in easy reach of the coast and mountains. For those who really don't want to go anywhere there's the pool!
The village has its own wine domain, a fantastic family run business where the door is always open for a tasting or a tour of the vines. If you want to see the real France this is it!
